  • Real-time guidance

  • Meeting analysis

  • Integration with external accounts (calendars, meeting platforms, etc.)

Mojo may update or modify features without notice as part of ongoing improvements.

You are responsible for:

  • Compliance with laws and organizational policies when using Mojo

Mojo retains ownership over the platform, software, content, branding, and documentation.
You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of Mojo without our written permission.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time.
We may terminate or suspend your access if:

  • Your organization revokes access

  • We detect misuse or unauthorized activity

Upon termination:

  • Access to integrations will cease

  • Data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

8. Disclaimers

Mojo is provided “as-is” without warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • Features will meet all requirements

  • Access will be uninterrupted

  • Integrations will remain available from third parties

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • Mojo’s liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the last 12 months (or $0 if none).

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mojo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
